- 1/4 cup of toasted slivered almonds

Dressing
- 1-2 juice of a lemon (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Give the arugula and spinach a rough chop, and slice the onions into wedges.
