Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 a cup of fresh lemon juice with pulp
- 4 cups of water
- 1/2 a cup of fresh mint leaves
- Sugar, stevia or honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Squeeze lemons and use pulp after taking seeds out.
- Place lemon juice, pulp, mint leaves and sweetener in a blender. Blend everything well together.
- Pour juice into popsicle mold.
- Insert popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for up to 4 hours.
