Description

Dates with Goat Cheese and Honey is a simple yet elegant snack that perfectly balances sweet, creamy, and savory flavors. This recipe features soft, chewy dates stuffed with tangy goat cheese, topped with pomegranate seeds, crunch pistachios then drizzled with rich, golden honey for a touch of natural sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 16-18 Medjool dates
  • 4 ounces of goat cheese
  • Seeds of 1/2 of pomegranate
  • 2-4 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • 2-4 tablespoons of honey to drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove the pits from each date and gently create space for stuffing.
  2. Line all the pitted dates on a tray or a large flat plate.
  3. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces, just enough to fit inside each date.
  4. Gently stuff each date with a piece of goat cheese, pressing it in slightly.
  5. Top each stuffed date with a few pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  6. Drizzle with some honey and enjoy this delicious and wholesome snack any time of the day!
