This radish green salad is a delicious refreshing recipe that includes a few ingredients only and can be easily prepared in less than 10 minutes.
This salad includes a few ingredients that pairs well together. It's also topped off with a healthy simple dressing that can be made fresh with little effort.

- 2 cups finely chopped baby spinach
- 1 cup finely chopped red radishes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Chop spinach, radishes and green onions.
- Place all chopped ingredients in a bowl
- Squeeze fresh lemon over ingredients.
- Sprinkle salt
- Pour olive oil
- Mix all ingredients well together with dressing ingredients until everything is well combined
Notes
- You can chop all ingredients ahead of time and place them in the fridge.
- Make sure to add dressing only prior to serving.
- This salad can be stored in the fridge till the next day without adding the dressing. Add dressing only prior to serving.
- If you're using regular spinach, make sure it's washed well and rinsed before using.
- Make sure to wash radishes very well prior to using.
