Substitution and Variations
- You can use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones.
- Use other berries, blueberries, or raspberries.
- Using plastic cubs can work if you don't have popsicle molds.
- You can add fresh mint instead of orange blossom water.
- You can add more lemon zest if you want a more lemony flavor.
- Use lime instead of lemon.
- You can use honey or maple syrup or granulated sugar.
Pro Tips and Storage
- Once the popsicles are frozen solid, remove them from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. This will help loosen the popsicles and make them easier to remove.
- If you want to take them out of the mold, you can store them in a ziplock bag or airtight container wrapped separately in wrapping paper so they won't stick together and keep them in the freezer for later.
- Ingredient quantities make 10 popsicles with this mold size.

Description
This Strawberry lemonade popsicles recipe is a delightful frozen treat perfect for staying cool during the hot summer months. These homemade popsicles are one of my favorite healthy desserts and the additional bonus is that they can be made with a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cups of fresh strawberries.
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
- ¾ cup water
- 3-4 tablespoons monk fruit sugar (adjust according to your taste)
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the hulled strawberries, lemon juice, water, and sugar. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
- Pour the strawberry lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top of the mold to allow for expansion as the popsicles freeze.
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds. If your popsicle molds come with a lid that holds the sticks in place, use it to secure the sticks in an upright position.
- Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze completely, usually taking about 4-6 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Once the popsicles are frozen solid, remove them from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. This will help loosen the popsicles and make them easier to remove.
- If you want to take them out of the mold, you can store them in a ziplock bag or airtight container wrapped separately in wrapping paper so they won't stick together and keep them in the freezer for later.
- Ingredient quantities make 10 popsicles with this mold size.
