However, today I am simplifying this process and giving you a short cut with the same idea, by using this ready-made puff pastry dough that you can find at the frozen section in any store that sells Middle Eastern products, and the other short cut is that I stuff it with cream cheese. It honestly turns so tasty, light, and a bit crunchy, so easy to make and I can assure you everyone will love it.

Here is how to make sambousek bil jibneh

Heat your oven on 380F degrees, usually, the dough is frozen take it out of the freezer about an hour before using. Once softened cut each square into four. With a teaspoon fill in each quarter with about a teaspoon of cream cheese, place the cream cheese in the middle and seal it well on all edges in a triangle shape. Make sure not to overstuff it and seal the edges all around very well so the cream cheese won’t come out during baking. Place each on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

The bag has 10 5×5 squares, each cut into four, you end up with 40 pieces.

The bag makes about 40 pieces
